Where do I get the Performance and audit scores?
Get Mobile Performance from PageSpeed Insights. Get the audit score by running the SEO Audit Report Builder and using its 0-100 SEO Health Score.
Do I need both before and after scores?
No. Submit before scores to join the worst-starting-points board. Add after scores later to qualify for best current site and biggest improvement.
Will my site be published publicly?
Only if you check the permission box. Public entries can appear on the leaderboard with your site name, URL, scores, category, and short notes.
What counts as the biggest improvement?
We average PSI Mobile Performance and the SEO Audit Report Builder score before, average them again after, then rank the biggest combined score gain.
Is this a full SEO audit?
No. The leaderboard submission is the lead-in. The full runbook audits crawl data, Search Console, GA4, Core Web Vitals, schema, SERPs, and produces a 90-day plan.
